Guardian Angels and Spirit Guides
It may or may not be comforting to know that you are never alone. You always have guardian angels and spirit guides watching over you. Additionally, archangels will swoop in from time to time to help you resolve issues, and deceased loved ones will come to visit, especially during large family gatherings.
Heightened Psychic Awareness
The ascension process heightens our psychic awareness, making us aware of these other-dimensional beings. This awareness can feel like a blessing or a curse, depending on your perspective.
Fear of Seeing Spirits
Some of you are frightened by the prospect of seeing spirits, and I share that fear. Having spirits drop in unannounced is disconcerting at best. That’s why I prefer to work with angels. Their presence does not frighten me; in fact, they calm me and fill my home with love and peace.
Earth-Bound Spirits
Earth-bound spirits have left their physical bodies but have not returned Home for healing and recuperation. They are, essentially, trapped by their own choosing in the negativity of their ego. No one is ever turned away from the Light. We come from love, we are love, and we will all eventually return home to the omnipresent love of All That Is. When these earth-bound spirits come around, you can feel it; they bring unhealed trauma (fear, anger, and pain) with them.
Navigating Intense Ascension Symptoms
Asking for Protection
If you know about these unwanted visitors, request Archangel Michael to guide them away from your space and check if they are ready to return Home. You can also inquire if they realize they are deceased. Surprisingly, some do not.
Encouraging Spirits to Move On
Tell them that their loved ones are waiting for them on the Other Side, and that they are loved regardless of their actions in this lifetime on Earth. Encourage them to move towards their waiting loved ones and the angels.
Visualization Techniques
If they still refuse to leave, imagine your home filled with God’s white-gold light, flowing into you, your family, and your animal companions. Keep reminding yourself that you are a child of God and completely protected. Likely, these spirits will not linger; they prefer darkness, while your fear invites them to remain.
Addressing a Spiritual Portal
In the past, I had a portal in my basement where spirits often came and went. The activity increased whenever I watched ghost shows, which led me to stop. I then asked the angels to close the portal and inform these beings that I could not assist them. I apologized and ceased ‘taking their calls,’ so to speak.

My Experience with Deceptive Beings
A few weeks ago, I participated in a Lightworkers circle. During meditation, an angelic-looking being swooped down, grabbed me by my wrist, and pulled me up through a spiraling white wormhole. We emerged into a beautiful realm of luminous beauty. I wanted to stay there, but the he yanked me through another wormhole and out into void space.
Staying Grounded Amidst Confusion
I looked at the being in confusion, not understanding what had happened. He was dressed in a robes like a shepherd, but his face was hidden. I asked him to reveal his face. That’s when I spotted a second figure – a female. She, too, was in robes. As I leaned in to see them more clearly, I was surprized to see their features. They were more angular than expacted. The woman had a very sharp chin.
Recognizing Intimidation
They attempted to persuade me they were angels by unfurling their threatening wings. Feeling intimidated, I concentrated on asking who they were. They responded urgently, “You must come with us! We need you on our planet! COME!” Alarmed, I called for Archangel Michael.
Archangel Michael’s Intervention
A large blue ‘angel’ appeared, whom I initially thought was Michael but turned out to be another impostor. I mentally summoned Michael for assistance. When he arrived, he was enormous compared to the others and came in peace. He stood beside me silently, like a giant statue, causing the impostors to disappear.
Creating Protection
I recognized it was the real Michael because of his calmness. I asked him for protection, and he invited me to connect with him by holding each other’s wrists. As we twirled together, we formed a large blue vortex that contained his energy, ensuring my safety as I returned to the Light circle.
Collective Experiences
Many members of my group have also felt obstructed by these beings. The hosts of the circle nearly canceled due to the negativity threatening to overwhelm them. Thankfully, everyone overcame the fear and is feeling happier now.
Change of Life’s Purpose

If you were unaware of your life purpose before awakening and the beginning of your ascension, you will soon discover it. For those who have been on the path longer, your mission may change, shifting the very focus of your life. Things that once fascinated you may now seem dull. The job you once cherished may feel pointless. Your soul is now in control, making decisions for you.
Personal Revelation
In my situation, I believed that providing angel readings was my true calling. Recently, Mother God informed me that I had become a ‘guiding star.’ At that moment in my spiritual journey, my spirit had reached the 8th dimension and connected with the golden energy of Christ Consciousness. Since then, I have perceived a blank slate and heard the number ‘10’, but I have yet to uncover its significance.
Insights into Merkaba and Ascended Masters
I kept hearing the term ‘merkaba’ and visualizing a 3-D six-sided rotating star. I also discovered that the ascension guide called Melchizedek was guiding me. After looking into these concepts, everything clicked! Merkaba translates to ‘light spirit body’ and acts as a vehicle for ascension, activated through sacred geometry. Melchizedek supervises the ascension process, aiding in the creation of Heaven on Earth.
Embracing New Messages
If you receive a message, don’t ignore it, even if it seems strange. Also, don’t feel frustrated if you don’t immediately grasp your new purpose. It took me several weeks to understand the guiding star concept. I now recognize that my role is to assist people through different states of consciousness to speed up and support their ascension.
A Desire to Go Home

If you feel a longing to return Home that isn’t related to mental health issues, this isn’t a suicidal thought. Archangel Michael clarified that this desire signifies a strong wish to ascend. Those who are awakened realize they need to transcend 3rd dimensional consciousness, but they might not know how. Fortunately, the path to ascension is becoming more apparent.
The Positive Aspects of Ascension
We can ascend through various states of consciousness to get closer to the God Source, all without dying. As we accomplish this, it will permanently alter collective human consciousness. Such changes can feel like a form of death, but they shouldn’t be feared. The current state of the world indicates that any change leading us toward God’s love is a beneficial transformation.

Dizziness and Headaches – Personal Experiences with Symptoms
During the ascension process, the crown chakra opens up, activating the pineal gland, which regulates the reception of higher vibrational light through the third eye chakra. Before ascension, the pineal gland is mostly inactive. After full ascension, the pineal gland stays open and active, but untl you acclimate to the intensity of light you may experiencee headaches, dizziness, and vertigo.
I frequently feel lightheaded and have headaches. The severity of dizziness and headaches during my recent ascension experiences surprised me, especially after I received a healing modaility known as the S.A.C. (Spiritual Alignment Connection), which boosts ascension.
Managing Discomfort
Focusing deeply on my third eye chakra trapped me in its energy vortex, leading to nausea and weakness. Grounding techniques helped me return to my body and stop the spinning sensation.
If you feel lightheaded or nauseous, you may be expanding your psychic awareness or connecting with your soul’s vortex energy. Deep breathing while imagining roots reaching into the Heart of Mother Earth can help stabilize you.
Light Sensitivity
The S.A.C. also increased my sensitivity to light, boosting pineal gland activity. I had three ocular migraines in one week, all triggered by sunlight, and I noticed more ‘ghostly’ images than usual.
Practical Tips
If you are facing similar symptoms, it’s advisable to:
- Keep your blinds closed.
- Use indirect lighting whenever possible.
- Wear sunglasses outdoors.
- Request the angels to lower the frequency until you adapt to your increased sensitivity.
