Ascension Symptoms: Spring 2024

Each passing year in the journey of human awakening seems to bring a new level of intensity, leading to an increase in the symptoms associated with ascension. Recently, many of us have experienced extreme fatigue, overwhelm, and a sense of disconnection from the world. Time continues to accelerate making it challenging to stay on top of daily responsibilities. Furthermore, feelings of isolation and detachment add to the overall sense of unease and confusion. We are straddling two worlds, the old decaying paradigm, and the pristine, Edenic New Earth. That schism in our awareness is manifesting in myriad ways.

Physical Ascension Symptoms

Persistent fatigue: feeling like you are sleepwalking, experiencing longer hours of sleep, waking up more tired than before, falling asleep easily, taking frequent naps, lacking both physical and mental energy, and occasionally struggling with insomnia.

Pain: experiencing discomfort in the skeletal system, stiffness in joints, muscle aches, and pain in the neck, shoulders, back, hips, and knees. Additionally, headaches and sensitivity in teeth and gums may occur.

Blurry vision: perceiving a temporary loss of clarity in eyesight.

Heightened senses: experiencing an increased sensitivity to smell and hearing.

Ringing in the ears: hearing a persistent ringing or buzzing sound.

Fluctuations in body temperature: experiencing sudden hot flashes, and then feeling freezing cold

Changes in weight and appetite: having cravings for healthier foods but also giving in to cravings for junk food.

Heart palpitations: feeling irregular or rapid heartbeats.

Rapid aging: suddenly looking and feeling much older; noticing changes in others too (i.e. the sudden appearance of more wrinkles and grey hair)

Skin Outbreaks: multiple areas showing signs of irritation.

Mental & Emotional Ascension Symptoms

Time acceleration: having numerous events and tasks compressed into a tight schedule with minimal downtime, resulting in a constant rush and always being on the go.

Overwhelm: dealing with a constant stream of challenges or facing multiple challenges simultaneously.

Brain fog: experiencing difficulty in recalling words, having a blank mind, or feeling completely present yet empty.

Intense empathy: feeling a heightened ability to understand and share the emotions of others.

Chronic anxiety & depression: heightened levels of stress, fear, worry, and rumination on negative past experiences.

Detachment: feeling the need to let go of certain things due to overwhelming circumstances.

Isolation: finding it challenging to make time for socialization due to other commitments and responsibilities.

Spiritual Ascension Symptoms

Vivid dreams: experiencing easier dream recall, lucid dreams, a variety of dream scenarios, feeling more alive in the dream world than when awake, and sometimes feeling disoriented upon waking up.

Pulsating third eye: sensing a rhythmic pulsation or energy in the area of the third eye, which is associated with intuition and spiritual insight.

Oscillating between desires: feeling torn between wanting to depart from the physical form and return home spiritually or choosing to ascend with the Earth and embrace life in its current form.

Helpful Suggestions

If you’re going through these symptoms, it’s important to remember that you’re not alone. Many others are experiencing similar challenges, and there are resources and support available to help you navigate through this difficult time. It’s okay to feel overwhelmed and unsure of what the future holds, but it’s also important to reach out for help and take care of yourself during this period of transition and growth. Remember, it’s okay to not be okay, and seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.


If you find you are struggling, repeating this phrase can help: “I choose life”. This signals to the conscious universe that you are in alignment with the New Earth rather than the lower timeline version which is undergoing a deconstruction. Mantras have the ability to calm the mind, reduce stress, and promote a sense of inner peace. They also help focus your thoughts and intentions.


Instead of fighting the ascension symptoms or trying to avoid them altogether, trying to look at each challenge as an opportunity for growth and self-discovery. This shift in perspective allows you to approach stressful situations with curiosity and openness, rather than fear. Ask your mind, body and/or higher self what the symptom means. Be open to learning something new rather than being fearful about the changes.

Calming Exercises

Anything that helps you stay present such as deep breathing exercises, progressive muscle relaxation, guided imagery, meditation, gratitude journaling, and other relaxation techniques, can train your mind to stay present and focused, even in the midst of chaos.

Having faith in a higher power and surrendering to the power and love of the divine will give you a greater sense of peace, acceptance, and resilience in the face of this very challenging ascension process.
