Thoth Spiritual Teachings: Ascension, Atlantis, and Star Origins

I received powerful spiritual teachings from Thoth while connected to the sacred and tiny spaces of my heart. I woke up in a sarcophagus in the King’s Chamber of the Great Pyramid of Giza. Thoth, an ascension guide, was revered in Egyptian mythology as a god of wisdom, magic, and sacred geometry, appeared as my guide. Together we explored the true genetic origins of Earth humans, and the influence of star people. We connected with ancient cultures of Lemuria / Mu, Atlantis and Ancient Egypt. We even traveled through space and time, and I witnessed the birth of the universe.

Meeting Thoth in the King’s Chamber

One afternoon, as I was meditating  in the sacred space of the heart, I entered the tiny space of the heart. In this small dark space, I found myself lying inside a sarcophagus with arms crossed on my chest.

Suddenly, the lid opened and light permeated the space. I saw walls made of large stone blocks, and a soaring ceiling approximately 20 feet high. Upon reflection, I now realize that I was standing inside the Kings Chamber of the Great Pyramid at Giza.

I noticed a figure standing in the shadows. He had the head of a bird and the body of a man. Instantly, I knew that it was Thoth, the Egyptian God of the moon, of reckoning, of learning, and of writing. He approached and I felt I was greeting both a teacher and an old friend. I knew, too, that I was in the midst of a sacred ceremony and so I remained quiet.

Thoth dipped his fingers in a small pot and then drew symbols on my forehead, just above my third eye. I tried to follow the symbols so that I could remember them, but was unable; however, I knew intuitively what Thoth was using to anoint me. I heard the words, “bergamot, rose, salt and crystal”. This moment opened me to Thoth’s deeper spiritual teachings and sacred geometry-based activations encoded in ritual and symbol.

Thoth’s Spiritual Teachings: Ancient Civilizations

Mu, Lemuria, and Atlantis

After the anointing, a huge screen appeared on the wall which looked like a TV. A scene showing the ancient civilization of Lemuria. Thoth told me that I had been on this planet since the dawn of Lemuria, and that he has been here since Mu. Thoth said we knew each other since the dawn of this civilization. He confirmed that we were later together in Atlantis, and again in Ancient Egypt. In my final incarnation in Atlantis, I was a Priestess and Thoth was a High Priest, whom I felt was more like a Shaman.

Ancient Egypt: Remembering to Breathe Prana

I also visited an Eye of Horus Mystery School in Ancient Egypt. The Left and Right Eye of Horus schools originated with Thoth, whom the ancient Egyptians revered as the god of wisdom. There, I  witnessed students learning to breathe prana, or life force energy.

In order to test themselves, students entered small tunnels underground. Sand then was poured into the tunnels, gradually blocking out all air. Students had to resist the urge to breathe in air or they would suffocate. If they remained calm, they could survive by breathing in prana instead.

These Thoth spiritual teachings connect us to ancient wisdom. As we ascend, we too will learn, or rather, remember how to live on prana.

A Vision of the Beginning, the Future, and the End

Thoth’s spiritual teachings progressed. The screen before me changed again, and I saw a huge explosion. Thoth replayed the vision to ensure that I saw it.

The vivid image felt deeply symbolic. It reminded me of the vision I had of the sinking of Atlantis. where I was in a temple with Thoth as we watched a wall of water advancing on Atlantis.

Given Thoth’s role as a master of time, cosmic cycles, and interdimensional knowledge, it’s likely that this wasn’t just a literal explosion, but a coded transmission. Plus, his decision to replay the vision tells me it was important, not just for me, but others tuning into similar frequencies. Thoth’s teachings are often communicated through symbols, and sometimes those symbols arrive like lightning.

Intuition tells me the explosive vision has multiple layers of meaning including the following:

The Big Bang

The explosion represented the original spark of creation and the birth of time, space, and matter. It was a symbolic reminder that all things come from Source and eventually return to it. This vision was shown to me in order to activate a soul memory of the moment when formlessness became form.

Our Planetary Ascension

The vision signifies an energetic event such as the solar flash, a planetary alignment, or a timeline shift so powerful that it catalyzes widespread awakening. Explosions symbolize upheaval and transformation. Thoth showing it to me twice could be a sign that something significant is approaching – an energetic shift, a mass activation, or even a personal breakthrough waiting to occur.

Personal Ascension

It also reflects an inner explosion of consciousness connected to the release of spiritual energy, rising of kundalini, and the shattering of illusion. These types of internal awakenings often feel as dramatic as anything external, especially when deep truths rise rapidly to the surface.

Course Correction

Lastly, the vision hold echoes of ancient trauma, of worlds destroyed, and was a warning to not repeat past mistakes. The collapse of advanced civilizations often leaves energetic imprints, and are still healing those timelines.

Visions like this often arrive not to alarm us, but to awaken us and to encourage right action, harmony with the Earth, and a deeper alignment with our divine nature. It’s a loving reminder that we’ve been here before, and this time, we have the wisdom to choose a different outcome.

Thoth’s Teachings on Star People and Genetic Origins

At this point, my consciousness shifted and I found myself back in the King’s Chamber with Thoth. He continued my education by showing me cases of genetic manipulation.

The first vision was of an Earth yet uninhabited by humans. I saw small apes, and heard them identified as Bonobos. (I had not heard of them before, and so I was fascinated to discover that they are indeed linked to us genetically.) The Bonobos were captured and genetically modified by star people in order to create Earth humans. As this played out, I felt as though I was witnessing the real history of the planet rather than the version I had learned in school.

Ancient Genetic Experiments

In the second vision, Thoth and I flew into space and were greeting by a spaceship of friendly humanoid extraterrestrials. They took us onboard with a wave, and then we all returned to Earth. I watched as they extracted DNA from baboons.

We then returned to their ship where I observed them performing numerous lab procedures. The beings placed the blood in a centrifuge in order to separate the chromosomes from the blood sample. Then, the they took 13 white chromosomes and injected them into the a female member of their crew. The chromosomes looked like large pearls, strung together in a row.

The star people explained that their genetic code had become depleted and weakened over time. They needed this fresh injection of hearty genetic material to bolster their species.

Yeti and Sasquatch

My extraterrestrial tour guides then showed me a scene in the Arctic. I saw a Yeti running across the frozen landscape. I learned that Yeti and Sasquatch (Bigfoot) are descendants of early genetic experiments, as are we. That’s why there are no missing links between our supposed genetic ancestors and us.

Preparing for Ascension and the Role of the Ascended Master

Thoth then told me that I, like many others on Earth, am preparing for an upcoming role as ascended master. He explained that my energy is needed to help elevate the vibration of the energy and of the collective consciousness. When I expressed a desire to be ‘ascended’ soon (free of 3D polarity), he affirmed that it would happen quickly. But, of course, no time frame was given; it never is!

Thoth’s spiritual teachings, have guided me through sacred journeys into the heart, revealing ancient wisdom and cosmic truths. This knowledge is timeless, encoded with layers of multidimensional wisdom that speak directly to the soul. Whether through sacred geometry, heart-centered meditations, or intuitive knowing, Thoth’s guidance serves as a bridge to higher realms of consciousness.
