This month has felt like a wild roller coaster ride for me. Each wave of intense energy brought on fear, sleepless nights, and emotional breakdowns, but eventually led to a path of Divine guidance. As a Lightworker, I want to share my experiences, what helped me through it, and some practical tips you can use to navigate these ups and downs with greater peace and strength.
Riding the Ascension Roller Coaster
Many of us have been experiencing energetic ups and downs. We, along with Mother Earth, are going through a process known as Ascension. Together, we are elevating the vibrational frequency of our personal, collective, and planetary energy fields to match the higher frequencies of Spirit. To put it simply, imagine tuning a radio. We are moving from lower frequencies to higher ones. Since Spirit communicates at a higher wavelength, this new alignment will improve your ability to receive messages from the Other Side. This improvement in Spirit communication will help us cope with feelings of fear, isolation, confusion, anger, and sadness by providing unconditional love and Divine guidance.
Facing Fear, Finding Light: A Lightworker’s Guide to Ascension
Lightworkers are at the forefront of this rapid evolutionary change. They are fulfilling their soul’s mission by helping to connect Heaven and Earth. While this transformation is very beneficial, it can also be stressful. Many are experiencing some level of anxiety or anticipation. For highly sensitive Lightworkers, this shift can feel like a wild roller coaster ride. I can relate, as I have felt these effects myself. I want to share my experiences with you:
The latest phase of ascension began with the energy shift on November 11th. A new wave of higher energy spread through Earth’s dense atmosphere and started to dissolve the noticeable negativity at a molecular level. I remember feeling incredibly energized that day.
Sacred Thirteen and Spiritual Shift: Lessons from a Turbulent Week
Then, Friday the 13th came. Contrary to superstition, the number 13 has long been regarded as sacred in various ancient cultures, rather than a symbol of bad luck. This reverence stems from the moon’s cycle, which lasts about 28 days and results in 13 full moons each year, influencing tides, seasons, and human emotions. Additionally, the number 13 is closely linked to the Divine Feminine, as women typically experience 13 menstrual cycles annually. This connection is reflected in goddess-worshipping societies that honor the moon and menstruation. And so, the number and the date didn’t trouble me.
Still, this was one Friday the 13th I won’t forget anytime soon. I woke up feeling a sense of dread. Saying I was upset would be an understatement. My rational mind couldn’t understand why my soul felt so anxious, so it projected that fear onto my debts. I developed a nearly overwhelming fear of not having enough. This led me to pray to the angels and God to take me Home. My angels told me I needed to be courageous.
On Saturday, I found myself in a disagreement with my angels, and I finally understood that everything in life happens for a reason. Whether good or bad, it contributes to our soul’s development. You need to see beyond the pain and fear to uncover the lesson. Once you learn it, the pain and fear fade away. By identifying your fears, you reduce them and can eventually release them. It’s also important to recognize that it’s not your fears that cause your unhappiness; it’s your failure to confront them directly without flinching. Discussing my fear of debt instead of avoiding it empowered me to address it. I began to think of creative and enjoyable ways to earn money rather than focusing on scarcity.
From Panic to Peace: Clearing Energy During the November Surge
After another night of not sleeping well, I woke up at 2 a.m. on Monday feeling really overwhelmed and emotionally weak. Old worries came back to me, and I felt strangely cold even though it was hot outside. In that low moment, it was tough to feel my usual spiritual support, which made me feel lonely and scared. For about two days, my emotions were all over the place; I had a hard time crying and felt tired, anxious, and disconnected. My heart would race sometimes, and my breathing felt tight, but slowly I started to focus on grounding myself and taking small self-care steps until the intensity calmed down.
Tuning to the Light: My November Journey Through Ascension
On Wednesday, I regained my sanity. I thoroughly cleared my energy and also cleared the space around me. This, along with a grounding meditation, worked wonders. After filling my home with God’s light and love, I said the following:
- I am a perfect child of God.
- I am of the light.
- I am in the light.
- I radiate light.
- I AM the light.
- I felt completely better.
This mental clarity brought new insights. I realized I had spent the last two days releasing old negativity from my cellular memory. I was literally burning off old karmic debt to elevate my vibrational frequency. In other words, I was letting go of the old (darkness/negativity) to welcome the new (light and love).
By Thursday, I felt unstoppable! Instead of breaking me, the challenges of the past week made me stronger. In the morning, I envisioned myself as a clear quartz crystal. Inside, I was filled with a sparkling rose-colored light (Divine love) that looked like pink champagne. The bubbles represented angel energy. Surrounding the crystal was a bright sphere of Divine golden light. This light pulsed rhythmically, sending sonic waves outward in all directions, breaking up negativity at a molecular level.
When Kali Answers: Strength in the Midst of Ascension
Sunday and Monday were tough days for me. I felt anxiety and stress building up inside, and once again I felt trapped, vulnerable, and powerless. In the darkness, I called for help. That’s when the Goddess Kali responded. I felt re-energized, strengthened, fortified, and ready for battle. Kali is the Hindu Goddess of eternal energy. She represents time and change. Her image is one of contrast. She symbolizes death and destruction while also radiating nurturing, motherly energy. I found myself dressed in black from head to toe, carrying Goddess stones instead of my usual ethereal angelic crystals. Initially, I was confused by this shift in energy. Then I realized that Goddess Kali was assisting in breaking down the old energies to make way for the new.
The Lightworker’s Path: Community, Courage, and Transformation
Today, I feel more balanced and better overall. However, I am still getting emails from Lightworkers who are struggling, so I realize this challenging journey isn’t finished yet.
My Advice to You
How much you feel the effects of ascension depends on how sensitive you are. Regardless of whether your symptoms are strong or mild, we must come together. Don’t let fear take away your joy. Talk to others. Reach out, share what you’re going through, and seek assistance. Don’t keep your struggles to yourself. Even if you can’t pinpoint why you feel anxious, discuss it with a friend. You’re likely not alone! Don’t be afraid of the darkness. It is always connected to the light in perfect harmony, similar to the yin-yang of our dual nature. Remember, it’s always darkest just before dawn. This period will pass soon.
