This website is owned and operated by Kim Hutchinson and Steve Clayton, a small partnership offering healing sessions, intuitive readings, and spiritual guidance. All services and site operations are handled solely by us, the two practitioners (my husband and me).

3. Client Recordings & Secure Storage
Session audio recordings are shared via Proton Drive, a secure, end-to-end encrypted cloud storage service.
They are:
- Available online for 3 months via private links
- Archived on a secure external hard drive, retaining only your most recent recording
Session notes and files are stored in:
- Proton Drive (short-term)
- Password-protected personal computers and external hard drives (long-term)
Only the two practitioners (us) have access to these records.
If you'd like your file deleted at any time, simply contact us.
4. Contact Information Storage
Client contact details are stored securely in ProtonMail, our encrypted email service. This information is not shared, sold, or used for any purpose other than correspondence about your sessions.
5. Web Hosting Analytics
Our website hosting provider automatically collects non-personal information about visits to this site. This may include data such as IP addresses, browser types, referring pages, and approximate geographic location. These analytics help us understand general traffic patterns and improve the website’s performance and accessibility.
This information is collected anonymously and is not used to personally identify visitors.
We do not sell, share, or use this data for advertising purposes.
6. Third-Party Services We Use
We embed and link to third-party tools and platforms. These services may set their own cookies or gather anonymous usage data.
