There’s something about a haiku that calms the entire system. It’s like a deep breath presented in poetic form. Just a few simple lines of poetry, and suddenly you’re back in your body, recalling things you already knew but somehow forgot along the way.
I created these healing haikus over the years as gentle reminders for my clients and for myself. They serve as tiny invitations to return to the present, ease self-judgment, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom within you. Think of them as little tuning forks for the soul.
Take your time with them. Let one resonate with you, or read through the entire collection. There’s no wrong way.

A Closing Reflection
What I appreciate about haikus is how they guide you back to what’s simple and real. They don’t force; they gently suggest. Healing often works similarly. When you take the time to listen, your body relaxes, your mind stops holding on so tightly, and you begin to recall who you truly are beneath all the “shoulds.”
If any of these little poems touched your heart or helped you breathe a little deeper, then they’ve fulfilled their purpose. Let them be reminders that you can revisit when you need stability, clarity, or a gentle push back toward your own inner wisdom.
