Mother Earth<\/a> and into your feet. You may feel warmth, coolness, tingling, heaviness, or perhaps nothing at all. There is no right or wrong way to experience this. Just be open and trust the process.<\/p>\nAfter a minute or two, picture and feel the Energy rising through your feet, into your legs, and spreading throughout your body, arms, and head. Allow yourself to get used to it as it moves through you. Recognize its familiarity. Let that sensation relax and soften your whole being. Surrender to the Energy.<\/p>\n
Start to gently practice moving the Energy within your body. You can direct it to specific areas if you like. If you don\u2019t feel anything at first, keep at it. Sensitivity will develop in its own time, and it will come to you.<\/p>\n
Healing with the Energy<\/h2>\n
“Energy follows thought” is a key principle in energy healing. Once you feel at ease connecting with the Energy, you can start practicing self-healing.<\/p>\n
For instance, if your left knee hurts, direct the Energy to that spot. You might visualize it as golden light or another color that feels right to you. Imagine your knee wrapped in a gentle bandage of pure light. Feel the warmth of the light soaking into the joint. Picture and sense any negativity dissolving, melting away, or leaving not just your knee but your entire energy field.<\/p>\n
Allow yourself to feel your knee healing. You can repeat this process as often as you wish. Avoid forcing any results. Instead, relax and let go into the experience. You might be amazed by what happens.<\/p>\n
Self-Expansion<\/h2>\n
As you become more familiar with the Energy, you can start to explore it outside of yourself. Place your hands on or near others, including people, animals, or plants. Let go of expectations and simply observe what you feel, both physically through your hands and energetically within yourself.<\/p>\n
With practice, you might start to notice that the Energy within your partner, friend, pet, tree, or plant feels fundamentally similar. It is one Energy, manifesting in various forms. For me, this realization felt like passing through a gateway into a broader way of being. I began to perceive how deeply interconnected everything truly is.<\/p>\n
From this understanding, life can regain its sense of wonder. Creation shows itself as boundless, and the sensation of being fully alive returns, often in ways we haven’t felt since childhood.<\/p>\n
The Next Step<\/h2>\n
We currently live life within what is often referred to as the Third Dimension, yet there is so much more to us and to creation than we consciously remember. We are in a time when it is possible to move beyond this familiar framework and explore another state of existence. Some refer to this process as Ascension, although the name itself is not crucial.<\/p>\n
What truly matters is choice. If you feel prepared and wish to change your state of being, that option is open to you. If you believe there is still more to experience within this dimension, that is equally valid. There is no right or wrong path. There is only your individual journey.<\/p>\n
When you are ready, you will recall who you really are, and your path will naturally evolve. Until then, understand that simply by being yourself, you are aiding the growth of Creation. Your experiences are significant. They are part of the whole.<\/p>\n
Your Choice<\/h2>\n
You can decide to reconnect with universal energy and love to help heal yourself and others, as well as to relieve the stresses of daily life. Alternatively, you might use this connection as a gateway to a new way of living.<\/p>\n
