I recently had an amazing ascension experience while meditating with the Earth and the Sun. I was following the Heaven and Earth Unity Breath Meditation, an ancient spiritual practice used by cultures around the world, including the Maori, Zulu and Mayans, to name a few. Rainbow Body Meditation is a powerful spiritual practice rooted in ancient wisdom, designed to support lightbody activation and soul embodiment.<\/p>\n

What Is the Rainbow Body<\/a>?<\/h2>\n

The Rainbow Body refers to a high-vibrational state of being in which the physical body becomes so spiritually refined and filled with light that it begins to dissolve into pure energy. This phenomenon has been documented in various spiritual traditions, particularly Tibetan Buddhism, where advanced practitioners achieve this state at the time of death, or, in rare cases, while still living.<\/p>\n

In essence, the Rainbow Body is the result of a life devoted to unconditional love, service, and spiritual mastery. It signifies the transmutation of lower vibrations-fear, attachment, ego-into higher frequencies of compassion, wisdom, and unity with Source. As more people awaken to their divine nature in this time of accelerated ascension, the Rainbow Body is no longer just a mystic ideal; it is a potential blueprint for all of humanity.<\/p>\n

Rainbow Body Meditation<\/h3>\n

My Personal Rainbow Body Meditation<\/h3>\n

My journey with the Rainbow Body began as a subtle yet undeniable inner calling-a pull toward light, unity, and the remembrance of something ancient and sacred within me. What follows is a powerful meditation experience I had that offered a glimpse into the essence of this sacred transformation.<\/p>\n

Happy Place<\/h4>\n

I began by envisioning my happy place<\/strong>: a tropical beach. (To customise this meditation to suit you, begin with your favourite location on Earth.) My senses were alive with the feel of fine white sand beneath my feet; the warmth of the Sun on my skin, and the soft, tropical breezes flowing through my hair. I relaxed into the rhythmic sound of the waves lapping at the beach, and I soaked up the beauty of the aqua coloured water and the deep blue, cloudless sky.<\/p>\n

Orbs of Love<\/a><\/h4>\n

When my heart was full of love and appreciation for Mother Earth<\/strong>, I bundled that emotion into an orb and sent it down through my prana tube, deep into the Earth, all the way to the heart of Gaia. As I waited for her to receive the gift of my love. I stayed open, relaxed and connected to her heart, enjoying the full-body relaxation and peace of mind.<\/p>\n

A moment later, I felt a gentle surge of energy coming up my prana tube and then flowing into my heart. It was a cascade of loving energy from Mother Earth. Divine Feminine energy<\/strong> surged into my heart and flowed throughout my being, filling me with profound Love<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

While maintaining this connection with the Earth, I opened my heart to Father Sun<\/strong>. I felt the depth of my love for the Sun’s heat, joy, and life-giving energy. I then put that heartfelt love into an orb. It travelled up through my prana tube to the heart of the Sun.<\/p>\n

After a moment, I felt the energy of love streaming from Father Sun down into my heart. My connection with the Divine Masculine<\/strong> joyfully beamed outwards in all directions, filling my entire Being with radiant Light<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Divine Union<\/h4>\n

As I basked in the glow of Love and Light, I felt the Divine Mother and Father come together in a blissful union<\/strong>. I was thoroughly ensconced in their love, safe in the feeling that I was a child of the Divine. From this trinity, my consciousness expanded outward in all directions until it encompassed the multiverse. I felt a stirring connection to the Divine Creator. Energy flowed through my entire multidimensional Being. Then the most remarkable thing happened.<\/p>\n

The Rebirthing Process<\/h4>\n

I saw and felt myself being reborn<\/strong>. I appeared to be a glowing, egg-shaped golden light emerging from my divine parents’ energetic union.<\/p>\n

After I was blissfully birthed, I expanded into a radiant rainbow lightbody<\/strong>. I felt as though I had ascended. This vision, along with the profound feelings it evoked in me, was so overwhelming that I started to sob.<\/p>\n

I finished the meditation with tears streaming down my face. The experience was profoundly moving and transformational. Even though I felt as though I had ascended, I am still here. But, even so, I do believe that my spirit\/energy has ascended. I know that, when I am ready, my mind-body complex will follow.<\/p>\n
