This has been another intense week for many, myself included. More shifts have taken place recently, and the vibratory rate of the planet continues to rise. Two nights ago, on Nov. 1, 2011 (11/1/11) I experienced intense and persistent vertigo. It felt like a tidal wave sloshing back and forth in my head, hitting my scull with speed and force. The sensation was so intense it woke me up and kept me awake for most of the night. My equilibrium was still compromised throughout the following day and evening. Last night was a better night, thankfully, although I didn’t sleep well. Dreams lately have been vivid and odd, and not entirely enjoyable. I was anxious for the night to be over. This morning, I had a low grade headache and an infrequent but intense pressure between my eyes. The ache was not nearly as intense as the splitting headaches I experienced last week, thankfully.
In addition to the head, it feels like my body is also under pressure. I have no shortage of aches and pains, particularly in my lower back, sides, knees and legs in general. I also experience moments of shakiness, much like one would experience with low blood pressure, only this is subtly different. I feel like my lightbody is vibrating at a higher frequency than my physical body and surroundings. It makes it hard for me to coordinate my motions, so fine motor control suffers. I don’t exactly shake, but the vibration is so intense that I find it hard to hold things in my hands, for example.
I’m hoping my physical body soon acclimates to the new frequency!
