Terms of Sale

The Agreement

By purchasing one of our services, you are agreeing to the following Terms of Sale.

We, Steve Clayton and Kim Hutchinson, own and operate this website. This document governs your relationship with Access to and use of this Website and the services available through this Website (collectively, the "Services") are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the "Terms of Service"). By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service.

All Services

You agree that you are paying for the service that is described on the webpage where the service's purchase button is located.

When you make the purchase, you will receive confirmation from both PayPal (a receipt for your payment) and from us (a thank you), both in the form of emails.

Distance Services

If you are purchasing a distance service (guidance/reading/healing), you acknowledge that the service will be provided to you virtually.

We will provide you with information regarding the service via email. This will include a timeframe for completion of the service.

If you are not happy with the timeframe we set, or feel the service is not the fit for you based on our email correspondence, you may request a refund. We also reserve the right to refund money if we feel our services are not the fit for you.

Once the service is complete, we will send you another email. This email, and its accompanying information, is your proof of the service having been provided.

If you are purchasing a service from Kim, your session will also include a downloadable recording. It is your responsibility to download this file within 7 days of your session, and to make copies for safekeeping. We are not responsible for lost files after the 7 days.


If you are paying to attend a workshop, your payment secures your attendance in that workshop. If we have to reschedule or cancel the workshop for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or a place in the rescheduled workshop.
